How to place an order:

In order to place a purchase order on www.derbe.itit is necessary to be of full age and to register on the website.

Once the client has made payment the order will be prepared and entrusted to the courier BRT. Deliveries will take place between Monday and Friday

The delivery costs are borne by the Customer if the order is less than 35.00 Euros. The minimum order is 20.00 Euros.


The payment can take place by means of Paypal or bank card. The goods will be entrusted to the courier within 2 working days from payment taking place.

Derbe is a brand owned by Derbe Srl, via Aldo Moro, 24 Sesto Fiorentino, Florence.


Registering on the website

In order to be able to make a purchase it is necessary to register on our website, entering a series of information and data useful to the issuing of the sales invoice and necessary to be able make the delivery. The data shall be stored but may be amended at any time by accessing your personal section.

During registration you will be asked to choose a username and password. The username must be a valid email address, the password must be different from the username, it must contain at least 8 characters and contain at least one capital letter, one number and one special character.

Right to cancel

Sales of products via the internet are governed by articles 45 to 67 of Legislative Decree 206/2005(Consumer Code). This legislation provides the consumer the right to cancel contracts or contractual proposals, granting them the right to return the product purchased and to obtain reimbursement of the costs incurred. The right to cancel does not apply to sealed products which do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or reasons connected to protecting health which have been opened after delivery.

The Customer is liable for the reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, that is to say:

  • where the original packaging is lacking;
  • where integral parts of the product are missing

The right to cancel is reserved exclusively to consumers (natural persons who purchase goods for purposes not linked to their professional, commercial or business activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal entities and by natural persons who act for purposes connected to any professional activity performed.

The costs of returning the product are borne by the Customer.

The Customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days to cancel.

The cancellation period end after 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. Within this period the Customer must communicate to Derbe Srl the intention to exercise this right by sending a recorded delivery letter with notice of receipt or a telegram or a fax, to the following address:

Within 3 (three) working days from receipt of the communication of cancellation, Derbe Srl shall send to the Customer, at the email address indicated in the order or in the request to cancel, the Return Authorisation Number (RAN) which shall identify the procedure.

Within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the Return Authorisation Number (RAN), the Customer shall arrange, at their own responsibility and expense, to ship the product duly packaged, indicating on the packaging the Return Authorisation Number (RAN) attributed by Derbe Srl, to the following address:

Complaints and Disputes

Upon delivery of the goods and in the presence of the courier it is recommended to check that:

  • the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the consignment note (delivered by the Courier)
  • the packaging is not visibly damaged, nor tampered with, nor wet, nor too light nor that the closing materials have been in any way altered (personalized adhesive strip, parcel adhesive, etc.)
  • the dimensions and information contained on the product packaging presumably correspond to that of the article actually purchased


Any external damage or lack of correspondence of the number of packages must be taken up immediately with the Courier in written form on the delivery note and communicated to Derbe Srl within 8 days by means of the means of communication listed above.

In the event in which it is not possible to check the integrity of the product at the time of delivery, we invite you to affix your signature “with right to check reserved” on the delivery receipt.

Once the Courier’s transportation document has been signed the Customer can no longer raise any dispute regarding the quantity and quality of what has been received.

Any possible complaint relative to the deliveries of products and their characteristics at the time of delivery must be indicated to Derbe Srl with one of the following methods:

Damaged products or lack of correspondence of the packages: any external damage or lack of correspondence of the number of packages must be taken up immediately with the Courier in written form on the delivery note and furthermore reported to Derbe Srl within 8 days by means of the means of communication listed above.

Any damage which is not apparent and encountered subsequently to the delivery of the Products must be reported to Derbe Srl within 8 days from their discovery.

Delivery delays: Complaints can be submitted within 6 days from the lack of receipt with respect to the date specified for the delivery, and where the product has been delivered, from the date of delivery.

The complaints must contain the description of their subject and the reason on which they are founded.

In the event in which the deliveries have not been made within the timescales and using the methods established, Derbe Srl, having made the due responses, shall reimburse in full the corresponding delivery supplement by means of reimbursement to the bank card.

The purchase and sale of products and services by electronic means is governed by articles 45 to 67 “Consumer Rights” of Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005 no. 206 (Consumer Code) and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 in terms of e-commerce. In implementation of the provisions introduced with Legislative Decree 6 August 2015 no. 130 and with Regulation EU no. 524/2013, in terms of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Online Dispute Resolution, from January 2016 the European Commission has set up a platform for the online dispute resolution (ODR), in order to help consumers resolve disputes deriving from purchases made online and to favour the resolution thereof out of court.
