For this reason we manage internally the whole process, maintaining consistency with our mission and a direct relationship with those who choose us. This way we can guarantee traceability, correct timing, attention to detail and formulation consistency.

From selection to packaging.

It all starts with the sorting and sifting Ingredients: We select extracts and raw materials, evaluating their purity, origin, and characteristics, so that what goes into the formula lives up to expectations.
From here we move on to the study of the formula, where we balance active ingredients and functional components in relation to the needs of the skin and hair, experimenting with combinations and proportions until we achieve the desired result.
Once the formula is defined, we proceed to the controlled mixing in environments with high hygiene standards, monitoring parameters such as time, temperature and pH to maintain stability and efficacy.
The following are checks: quality, compatibility and performance tests, with repeated checks to ensure consistent results over time.
Only then the product is filled and packaged, choosing the most suitable packaging to protect the formula and make it simple and safe to use, with clear and complete labelling.
Closing the route is the traceability: each batch retains the complete history of its production stages, from ingredients to shelf, so we can offer transparency and timely responses to those who choose us.

Consistency with our philosophy.

Producing internally means being able to say No to haste and superficiality. It means choosing just what you need, treat the ingredients with respect and let their properties guide the formula. It's the most honest way to stay true to the idea of ecobiocosmetics: Nature, efficacy, safety.
